    Greetings,

Can anyone direct me to structured ethical codes or guidelines for contemplative educators, consultants, or leaders?

    Thanks,
    Chuck Dunning

    Hi Charles,
This isn’t specific to an academic/education context (more business/corporate/private clients, I think?), but what first came to mind as an example was the IMTA’s Code of Conduct (International Mindfulness Teachers Assoc.) for their certification program: “…a declaration of acceptable ethical and professional behavior by which all credential holders agree to conduct the training and business of mindfulness teaching. It is not intended to supersede the ethics of any school or tradition but is intended to be a basis for mindfulness teaching principles.” https://www.imta.org/page/codeofconduct

    Hope this helps? Thanks!
    Carrie
