Parable of the Sower: Octavia’s Lessons to Ground for Well Being
Zoom your computerOffering a contemplative practice for well-being and self-reflection, Sequoya will center Black sci-fi author Octavia Butler and the 12 lessons mentioned throughout the Parable of the Sower. Sequoya will facilitate an interactive session, integrating contemplative practices and creativity, such as guided visualization with oracle card images, intentions, and guided journaling.
