Re-discovering Joy with Yoga and Qigong
June 19 - June 20
A message from Dr. Amelia Barili:
I invite you to participate in my upcoming retreat “Re-discovering Joy with Yoga and Qigong.” It will be offered via zoom through Mount Madonna Center on June 19 and 20th.
Here is the link to find out more about this workshop and to register: https://www.mountmadonna.org/calendar/re-discovering-joy-with-yoga-and-qigong
As some of you know, I have been teaching meditation for over 40 years and I include meditative practices and service learning in my courses with undergraduates at UC Berkeley and with older adults at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. I also teach at the Berkeley Buddhist Monastery, Mount Madonna Center and have presented these mind-body techniques at Omega, Spirit Rock, Esalen and other centers nationally and internationally.
It will be a pleasure to share with you these teachings drawn from Classical Yoga and Qigong and from the most recent findings of the Neuroscience of Meditation.
Looking forward to our time together,
Amelia Barili, Ph.D
